This endeavor focuses on developing a machine learning model tailored to predict customer churn within the telecom industry, thus enabling proactive retention strategies. By leveraging extensive data exploration, preprocessing, and feature engineering techniques, our goal is to create a robust predictive model that empowers businesses to anticipate and mitigate customer churn effectively.

4.   HR Employee Dashboard Creation using MySQL and PowerBI

The HR Analytics Dashboard project analyzed over 22,000 records from an HR system, cleaning the data in MySQL and developing insights. These insights were then visualized in Power BI dashboards to support optimized workforce management based on regular data updates from MySQL.

The BlinkIT Sales Dashboard project involved analyzing sales data from a fictional grocery store, BlinkIT. The data was prepared and cleaned in Excel, and key insights were developed to track sales performance, customer behavior, and product trends. These insights were visualized in Power BI dashboards, providing an interactive tool for decision-making and strategy development based on regular updates from Excel data sources.
